DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  The primary responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to the following: General Responsible for the care, supervision and management of a class of Infants and Toddlers (8 wks-36 months age) in accord with the goals and curriculum plan of WAEL. Conduct focused observations of children Develop action plans Carry out activities on a daily basis and evaluate the effectiveness of child development activities Ensure the safety and well-being of the children Maintain regular communication with parents Contribute to the effective operation of the overall early care and education center Assuring compliance with codes of all State and local governing contracting agencies and partnerships Works collaboratively with other staff members of WAEL.
