Assist and subsitute for Teachers, ability to adjust with children and curriculum

Conduct focused observations of children Develop action plans Carry out activities on a daily basis and evaluate the effectiveness of child development activities Ensure the safety and well-being of the children Maintain regular communication with parents Contribute to the effective operation of the overall early care and education center Assuring compliance with codes of all State and local governing contracting agencies and partnerships Works collaboratively with other staff members of WAEL.
