The Preschool Learning Center's (PLC) mission is "education begins here." The PLC is a state-of-the-art, four-star, high-quality early childhood education center committed to providing the best beginning possible for all of New Orleans' future leaders and their families by engaging in curriculums that prepare infants for preschool and preschoolers to enter kindergarten in a supportive high-quality learning environment.
