About Our School: The Willow School, a high-achieving, A-rated K-12 school, offers a unique

Summary: To organize and manage all aspects of the admissions process. Provide exemplary
support to applying and admitted families through family-focused, detail-oriented management of
the admissions and enrollment process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understands all NOLA-PS and school policies related to admissions and enrollment
• Coordinates all admissions dates with the school administration teams
• Updates all admissions publications, through coordination with administration, and posts to the
website and other school communications platforms
• Coordinates all admissions testing and related processes and procedures during the designated
admissions periods
• Maintains a database of all applicants, including vital information, current status,
communications, and test scores
• Attends events related to admissions and enrollment as assigned, including all admissions
assessments, which are often outside school hours
• Coordinates all tours with the school administration teams
• Provides support to families on an ongoing basis through prompt, polite, and appropriate
written and verbal communications
• Processes applications for assigned grades during the admissions cycle annually
• Coordinates registration for new students
• Supports re-registration of returning students
• Makes cumulative folders for new students
• Requests records for new students
• Maintains confidentiality regarding personal information and educational records
• Performs other duties as required by the CEO, Director of Admissions, or his/her designee
Qualifications, Education and Work Experience:
Required:
• Associate’s degree or high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate
with internal and external customers
• Ability to analyze and assess data to identify trends, implications, and action steps
• Excellent computer proficiency and data management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and
providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of
instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Ability to identify and anticipate potential issues proactively
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
• Knowledge about the NOLA-PS NCAP policies
