Position Summary: To enhance campus safety and provide additional support to the Security Department, NOMMA seeks to hire a Part-Time School Monitor. Working approximately 25 - 30 hours per week, School Monitors are responsible for helping ensure the safety and well-being of cadets during critical periods of the school day. Primary duties may include serving as a crossing guard, monitoring and assisting cadets during school bus arrival and dismissal, supervising cadet behavior during lunch periods, and performing other safety-related assignments as directed. Through proactive supervision, positive interactions with cadets, and consistent enforcement of school expectations, School Monitors play a vital role in maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment while supporting the overall mission of the Security Department.
