bout This Role: We currently have four high schools in New Orleans and one high school in Baton Rouge, and we are hiring ACT Prep teachers in both cities. Teachers must be deeply committed to creating a classroom culture where 100% of your students are engaged in rigorous lessons aligned to the college ready bar.
Our Approach to ACT Prep: ACT Prep teachers prepare students for the ACT exam and the Accuplacer exam. This course is distinguished by the use of data to tailor instruction to each student’s needs and their individual goals. It draws from a variety of curriculum both from inside and outside of CA.
Your job is not this test, but rather to be a life coach -- it is to help clear this obstacle and get your students where they need to be at age 17 or 18 so they can be where they want to be when they are 27 or 28.
