About This Role: We currently have four high schools in New Orleans and one high school in Baton Rouge, and we are hiring science teachers in both cities. Teachers must be deeply committed to creating a classroom culture where 100% of your students are engaged in rigorous lessons aligned to the college ready bar.    Our Approach to Science: CA science teachers believe in phenomena-based instruction - building the curiosity, habits, and investigative skills our students need in future STEM careers. Our courses are aligned to Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and our content leaders have written or adopted shared curriculum for Earth and Environmental Science, Chemistry, and Biology.
