The Floating Substitute inspires students and staff by: Being an active member of the school team by embodying, advocating, and operationalizing the mission and values of the school Maintaining rigorous academic culture in the absence of a teacher Maintaining positive classroom culture across the school, modeling the use of behavior incentive and discipline systems in the absence of a staff member Maintaining positive school culture during critical points of the school day and year – arrival, dismissal, recess, and testing days Providing classroom culture support on an as-needed basis Taking on other tasks, as needed What We Offer: Click here for more information about our innovative compensation system .
