GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The New Orleans Center for Creative Arts's Academic Program, the Academic Studio, is an innovative teaching and learning environment dedicated to the intellectual growth of young artists. It has consistently been rated as an "A" school by the State of Louisiana. NOCCA is the State of Louisiana's conservatory for the arts, and it serves students from across the state. The Academic Studio’s Integrated Humanities program develops in young artist-intellectuals a deep understanding of human history and expressive culture.
