As a successful Instructional Coach you will serve as a member of the Academic & Student Support team offering educational, behavioral, and emotional services and support to students. At Homer Plessy Community Schools we strive to understand and meet all students at their level, and provide our staff with the tools and resources to intervene successfully for those students. This role is not only important in uplifting individual student programs, but also to enhance special education and interventions for all students at Homer Plessy Community Schools. The position is responsible for supporting the professional growth and development of teachers to facilitate learning and independent application of effective instructional practices.
