Description The Assistant Principal is an organized and consistent educator with a concrete vision of excellence, the ability to build outstanding relationships with all stakeholders, and a talent for inspiring students to high expectations. This position is charged with establishing and leading a structured school-wide climate of order, safety and respect, thus playing a significant role in a school focused on high academic readiness, achievement, performance and character. The Assistant Principal works closely with the school’s principal, school leadership team teachers, school mental health professionals and families to provide the healthiest possible environment for each student.
