Our Website provides a job board that enables Users who are job seekers (”Job Seekers”) to find, connect with, and apply to employment opportunities (“Jobs” or “Job Listings” or “Job Posts”) posted by Users who are employers (“Employers”). The Jobs are related to available positions within public schools in New Orleans, Louisiana. Job Seekers and Employers may register and create profiles and accounts on our Website. Employers may post Jobs, and Job Seekers may search for and apply to the Jobs by submitting applications and resumes. The Website and its associated services are collectively referred to as the “Services” we offer.

 

This Privacy Policy covers information that NSNO collects from Users as part of providing the Services. We respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting your privacy including securely handling your personal information.             As a Job Seeker, you may submit certain information in order to create a profile and account in order to use our Services. These include:

  • Your preferred pronoun and gender identification;
  • Your email address; and
  • An encrypted password that only you know.

 

Once you create a profile, you may search for various Job Posts at a variety of public schools in New Orleans, Louisiana. For each of these Jobs, you may be required to submit a resume or curriculum vitae, which may include a wide variety of personal information. When submitting resumes and CVs directly to a school, you may leave our Services and apply directly with the website for a particular school that provided the Job Post. In such cases, you acknowledge and agree that NSNO has no control over what you submit or how you interact with that third party website. Per our Terms of Use and this Policy, we have no control over your privacy with any third party website to which you submit any information. You hereby agree that we are not liable in any way for any reason toward any claim whatsoever for any information that you submit to a third party website.
