Job Specific Expectations
● Serve as an initial point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests directed to the CEO, helping route
issues to the appropriate department or administrator
● Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination,
scheduling, and general organization of priorities and materials
● Prepare and organize documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations for the CEO
● Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing materials
● Track and follow up on meeting action items to support timely completion of tasks
● Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders
● Maintain documentation and tracking to comply with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and other
applicable processes
● Assist with coordination of school events, board meetings, and other administrative meetings
● Monitor incoming communications for the CEO, including email and phone calls, and assist with prioritizing
responses
● Assist with planning and coordination of special projects and school-wide initiatives
● Coordinate travel arrangements and off-campus engagements
● Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information across
administrative offices
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and accounting database proficiency
● Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
● Ability to manage competing tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention
to detail and accuracy

Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more than 35lbs. rarely.
Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding most of the day)
Rarely required to be exposed to a physical environment which could involve dirt, odors, weather extremes, or similar

Required to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, grab, pull, hear, and speak on a daily basis.
