Job Specific Expectations
● Credit Cards - weekly coding and recordation of charges
● Expense Management System - weekly monitoring and management of a stand-alone expense management
system
● General Ledger - monthly non-cash balance sheet reconciliations, and schedule preparation
● Grants Management - budgets and submissions, monthly monitoring, quarterly reimbursements, quarterly
expense reporting, year-end closeout, and timesheets for grants, including but not limited to Super App, CSP,
and other grants
● Coding and recording monthly deposits
● Budget to Actual reporting - monthly and interim reporting for clubs and departments
● State and local government agency reporting
● Annual 1099’s
● Other duties as deemed necessary
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a closely related business field
● Three to five years of direct experience as an accountant
● Proficiency with Blackbaud, SFO Accounting, RAMP, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, all a plus
● Ability to prioritize and execute tasks (in a team-oriented and collaborative environment)
● Ability to manage tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
● Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Physical Requirements of the Position (list any that occur on a regular basis)

Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more than 35lbs. rarely.
Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, calculator) most of the day.
Required to be exposed to a physical environment which could involve dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar
elements rarely.
Required to work in standard office conditions.
Required to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, grab, pull, hear, and speak on a daily basis.
