Bricolage Academy
Primary Purpose : Assist in the preparation and serving of meals for school children, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with National Child Nutrition Program policies.
Major Responsibilities and Duties :
Assist in the preparation of food items, including washing, cutting, and assembling ingredients.
Serve food to students and staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to health and safety guidelines.
Follow HACCP procedures and help maintain accurate food production and service records.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies.
Support kitchen staff in maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
Perform other duties as required by the Cafeteria Cook or Child Nutrition Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
