ABOUT THE ROLE
The Student Data Clerk is responsible for coordinating and managing the academic and operational success of students enrolled at THS. This positions is responsible for managing student information systems, ensuring accurate data reporting, supporting scheduling processes, and maintaining compliance with state and district requirements. The Student Data clerk works closely with school leadership and instructional staff to ensure students data is accurate, timely, and effectively utilized to support student achievement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Student Information Systems & Data Management: Maintain and manage student records in PowerSchool SIS. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all student data, including enrollment, attendance, grades, Individual Graduate Plans, and demographics.
